Atlas policy · Version 1.0
Terms of Use
Effective July 28, 2026. These terms describe the current Atlas Version 13 service and will be revised before any materially different data practice or public capability is introduced.
Educational purpose
Atlas provides general educational information about movement, health, evidence, and related topics. Atlas does not provide medical diagnosis, individualized treatment, prescriptions, or a clinician-patient relationship. Information should not replace advice from a qualified professional who understands your circumstances.
Emergencies and individual decisions
Atlas is not an emergency service. Seek emergency assistance or appropriate professional care for urgent, severe, new, or worsening symptoms. Do not delay care because of information presented by Atlas. You remain responsible for decisions about your health, activity, and use of the service.
Evidence and uncertainty
Atlas aims to preserve sources, limitations, uncertainty, update history, and correction records. Research evolves, sources may conflict, and general evidence cannot guarantee an individual outcome. Publication requires Owner review; software or AI output alone never becomes institutional truth.
Permitted use
You may use Atlas for personal, non-commercial education and may share ordinary links to public pages. You may not interfere with the service, attempt to access internal routes or records, bypass security, introduce malicious code, scrape at a disruptive rate, misrepresent Atlas content, or use Atlas material unlawfully.
Intellectual property and sources
Atlas’s original text, visual identity, interface, and compilation are protected to the extent allowed by law. Third-party research, quotations, names, and linked materials remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their own terms. Citation of a source does not imply endorsement by its publisher.
Availability, links, and warranties
Atlas may correct, update, suspend, or withdraw content or service access under its governance procedures. External links are provided for reference; Atlas does not control their availability, security, or content. To the extent permitted by law, Atlas is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee that every page will always be error-free, complete, or uninterrupted.
Limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Atlas and its steward are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy, changes, and contact
The Privacy Policy explains current data practices and is incorporated into these Terms. Material changes will receive a new version or effective date. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions, correction notices, and accessibility concerns may be sent to hello@atlashealthinstitute.org.
